The training - attended by more than 30 local and regional stakeholders from both Slovenia and Hungary - covered a detailed introduction into the itinerary and status of the Hungarian-Austrian and the Hungarian-Slovenian section of the Iron Curtain Trail, the local and regional action plans being created in the region, the possibilities of funding and development in the 2014-2020 period as well as awareness-raising on cycling tourism and development of cycling in small and medium size cities.
